Devon Scott – Video Director

As Video Director for Resumes That Win, Devon Scott combines creative vision with technical mastery to produce content that connects, inspires, and drives engagement. His background spans leadership training through the Leadership Academy, an immersive internship with a fast-paced media company, and high-impact collaborations on large-scale productions — including an international project filmed in the Czech Republic. 

From bustling video sets to live theater productions, Devon has honed a versatile skill set that thrives in any production environment. Proficient in Blender, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, He brings a keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering polished, story-driven video that elevates the Resumes That Win brand.

Devon is completing his Associate’s degree in Video Production this year, further strengthening his technical and creative foundation. Next, He plans to continue his education at Virginia Commonwealth University, focusing on Kinetic Imaging to expand his expertise in motion graphics, animation, and interactive media.

Dylan Scott – Content Director

Dylan Scott brings a fresh, creative voice to Resumes That Win, crafting clear and impactful content that connects with clients and showcases their professional strengths. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College and plans to begin his Bachelor’s degree in English and Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) next spring.

His experience includes serving as a Content Director where he led a team to refine content strategies and boost audience engagement, as well as completing internships with marketing organizations that provided hands-on experience in lead generation, website development, and brand communication.

A graduate of a Leadership Academy program, Dylan also brings strong project management and collaboration skills to every project, ensuring each piece of content supports our mission to help clients stand out and succeed.
