Devon Scott – Video Director

As Video Director for Resumes That Win, Devon Scott combines creative vision with technical mastery to produce content that connects, inspires, and drives engagement. His background spans leadership training through the Leadership Academy, an immersive internship with a fast-paced media company, and high-impact collaborations on large-scale productions — including an international project filmed in the Czech Republic. 

From bustling video sets to live theater productions, Devon has honed a versatile skill set that thrives in any production environment. Proficient in Blender, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, He brings a keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering polished, story-driven video that elevates the Resumes That Win brand.

Devon earned his Associate’s degree in Video Production from NVCC and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), specializing in Kinetic Imaging to expand his expertise in motion graphics, animation, and interactive media.

Dylan Scott – Content Director

Dylan Scott brings a fresh, creative voice to Resumes That Win, crafting clear, compelling content that highlights each client’s strengths and tells their professional story with impact. His work focuses on clarity, tone, and strategy—ensuring resumes and written materials resonate with both recruiters and hiring decision-makers.

His background includes serving as a Content Director, where he led a team in refining content strategy and increasing audience engagement. He has also completed multiple marketing internships, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, website development, and brand communication. These experiences allow Dylan to blend creativity with structure, producing content that is both engaging and results-driven.

He holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English and Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
