Proficient in Blender, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, He brings a keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering polished, story-driven video that elevates the Resumes That Win brand.
Devon earned his Associate’s degree in Video Production from NVCC and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), specializing in Kinetic Imaging to expand his expertise in motion graphics, animation, and interactive media.
Dylan Scott – Content Director

His background includes serving as a Content Director, where he led a team in refining content strategy and increasing audience engagement. He has also completed multiple marketing internships, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, website development, and brand communication. These experiences allow Dylan to blend creativity with structure, producing content that is both engaging and results-driven.
He holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English and Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
